he has explained in details about various situations where business communications help us a lot and the followings are the key takeaways from the meeting

Presentation of reports: 

Tools like WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT plays a key role in accelerating career growth, mastering these with all the shortcuts will help a lot and we should start as early as possible, Powerpoint is more Important than the word, and excel is the one where the majority of the calculations are done

A Presentation should have a Proposal, Reports, Executive Briefing, Detailed Project Report these 4 stages, we should be careful not to make mailing reports and executive Briefing both the same, Executive Briefing should be a summary of the Mailing report, and Presentation should have more images than the Writeup, thanks to social media we are more comfortable with a flip through images, slides.

The Pyramid Principle: Used for the Structuring of Reports effectively and efficiently, it should have an Introduction and Conclusion It should clearly address things like what is the objective of the document who is the audience, what is the context and all the aspects, and for explaining Context one should use MECE principle that is Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive, and should always back up the data with the help of Idea/data/fact/logic these four things in the same order

Personal Branding:

In Today's era personal branding is the most important thing to do, to gain more and more opportunities and be visible to everyone it can fetch us more jobs, personal branding makes you known to the other people although we don't have any direct connection with them, we should use Blogs and Youtuechannels, twitter, Facebook,m Instagram for personal branding
